Not long ago, while on a business trip to Vietnam we came across a number of American dog tags.
It troubled us that they were being sold as souveniers on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City , so we purchased
them and brought them “home”. So far we have returned 29 of them to the veterans or their surviving families.
We have one more to return.
During our journey, which has taken over five years, we have met some wonderful people/families. You will note,
as you browse thru the pages on the web site, that we have returned the tags to veterans from Arizona to Florida to
New York and California . As we have traveled we have learned the stories and gathered a number photographs of these
gentlemen.
We have prepared and given a number of power point presentations to civic/veteran/church groups when requested. The
program has been constantly updated. If you are a reasonable distance from the Chicago area and have a group who would
